Keywords everywhere extension - browser extension - will show keyword statistics when using search bars (will also show the stats for Google's "Suggested Search" section). Also allows saving/databasing results for comparison

Backlinking
Link from other sites (twitter, facebook) to a YouTube video takes the video higher on search results. In turn, linking back from YouTube to website, social media, etc. returns the favor back to those sites.
YouTube Specific SEO
Use Keywords as they would appear (don't break up your keywords...i.e. if "hair wax" is your keyword target, don't use "wax for your hair" in your description.
