Please select your current Outlook Status? This can be found in the bottom right-hand side of your Outlook. <Working Offline><Disconnected>

Reset the your Outlook status
In Outlook, on the Send/Receive tab, choose Work Offline to reconnect. If the status shows Working Offline, repeat the action until the status changes to connected.
Note: If the background of the Work Offline button is shaded (as shown in the image above), you're not connected. But if the background is clear, you are connected.

Check for updates
- Open any Office app, such as Word, and create a new document.
- Go to File > Account (or Office Account if you opened Outlook).
- Under Product Information, choose Update Options > Update Now.
Note: You may need to click Enable Updates first if you don't see the Update Now option right away.
