Step 2: Informing Parents: With the information you've gathered in step 1, inform the parents about the students learning difficulties. Be sure to share the strengths of the students before sharing what the problem is and follow up with the parents in a timely manner. Try to resolve the difficulties with the parents and other mentors first.
If no, continue to step 3.
Step 3: Meet with the school psychologist, parents, and fellow mentors to discuss what other resolutions there could be.
