Plus our own 10+ (another 50)
Just on our own efforts that's 250 by 2021
And our total goal is 400
Constant personal FTK will be needed to replace those that drop of and find new personals.
This will automatically account for attrition

Club 10 is the main way we drive growth
Club 10's have a minimum of 5 personals & must have 10 or more in their group

(with a reputation of being so good that people will strive to hit the goal just so they can attend - and feel part of the 'in' crowd)

Apply Principles

Focus on creating momentum
Rather than solving problems
There is a balance
but we need to err

Which means Growth Council
Needs to be 80% on Growth
only 20% on problems
Difficult for those like me
who like perfection
but like growth even more!

systems, processes and strategies
which allow exponential growth
Avoid being hamstring by
time spent on admin

So that we can keep
our systems simple

Be beware we do get sucked in!

Just like a degree you are building an asset!
What you will learn about leadership, advocacy & building teams of people is invaluable
We need to promote
keeping the EXCLUDE list up to date
Promote the Playlists so people are excited about what they are learning & know they are getting value
Only start people who see the value of building an advocating team of people
Start them really well!
Educate the market about the value of
Team / Network building Eg with LinkedIn posts

Promote the culture of

Duplication is only important if you want the massive benefits possible from exponential growth
