Because we can double each year,
this is worth prioritising

Yes, we also have other things we need to invest time in

Earning short-term income,
family, etc

However getting to 800 in 2022
means it is worth re-shuffling some priorities
We can all focus for short periods of time

The short time-frame
and the challenge (fast growth + sustainability)
make this an exciting project which is worth prioritising

Can we create a perpetual growth machine?

If it was going to take 10 years
I would be taking a different view

We have a major project on the go
This will streamline admin,
Eliminate input into the FC,
Fix some bugs

It will take some work in addition to Steele
Steele's cost is around $6K

We shouldn't need much more
functional development. HOWEVER

There are somethings being done manually
Which simply can't do with scale
We will have to figure out how to either
automate them or do them another way

This must not be expensive on time or cost!

We have some risk at the server level
which we need to address with Steele

These EXTRA THINGS
could take up 100% of our time
if we let them

So for 2020 we need make personal
FTK, 4-2, 5+ recognition,
finding new leaders our "rocks" &
the EXTRA THINGS the gravel, sand and water

We all have things we are good at
so it makes sense to specialise in particular extra stuff

However we also need to balance the workload
I am the only one who is "full-time"

Matt & Dean does a wonderful job of managing the BNE & SYD functions and they are critical

I have been developing NBS content, Systems & Tech

I am keen to develop the NBS playlist
because it will greatly assist the coaching process and help keep everyone on track

This will consist of from the desk talks
interspersed with relevant external and internal talks

I will develop the content to be reviewed by one or more of you

Then one or more of you need to speak it

Should this be specialised for efficiency
or shared?

The same content can be used as a base for extending the Agenda

Current Coaches Corner stuff will be placed at the end of the Playlist

Which means we can then scrap Coaches Corner?

The NBS playlist will continually evolve

As soon as it reaches a minimum acceptable level
the Current "Top 40" will have been incorporated

We should then remove the Top 40 from the Agenda and promote the NBS playlist instead

I feel this is will be ESSENTIAL to support doubling growth

It will be important to balance
Information with Inspiration & Paradigm shifts

Our from the desk talks will be highly necessary but
They will probably lack the inspiration of a TED talk

We need quite a few from the desk talks
And we don't want to be under too much pressure
To make them highly inspirational

The speaker will make a difference
