How should we
prioritise our time?
Because we can double each year,
this is worth prioritising
Yes, we also have other things we need to invest time in
Earning short-term income,
family, etc
However getting to 800 in 2022
means it is worth re-shuffling some priorities
We can all focus for short periods of time
If it was going to take 10 years
I would be taking a different view
The short time-frame
and the challenge (fast growth + sustainability)
make this an exciting project which is worth prioritising
Can we create a perpetual growth machine?
How will it look when we double every year?
What will our role be?
How will we keep it on track?
What do we need to do
to ensure sustainability?
Build close relationships
with Club 50's
Let's expect that they can lead their groups
in alignment with our vision & culture

finding new leaders our "rocks" &
the EXTRA THINGS the gravel, sand and water
We all have things we are good at
so it makes sense to specialise in particular extra stuff
However we also need to balance the workload
I am the only one who is "full-time"
Matt & Dean does a wonderful job of managing the BNE & SYD functions and they are critical

I have been developing NBS content, Systems & Tech
I am keen to develop the NBS playlist
because it will greatly assist the coaching process and help keep everyone on track
This will consist of from the desk talks
interspersed with relevant external and internal talks
I will develop the content to be reviewed by one or more of you
I will take your suggestions
However, I will ultimately decide on content
Ultimately we'll probably end up revising a lot of stuff
This will be much easier if there is a series of short talks
Break bigger talks into smaller topics
Then one or more of you need to speak it
Should this be specialised for efficiency
or shared?
The same content can be used as a base for extending the Agenda
Current Coaches Corner stuff will be placed at the end of the Playlist
Which means we can then scrap Coaches Corner?
The NBS playlist will continually evolve
As soon as it reaches a minimum acceptable level
the Current "Top 40" will have been incorporated
We should then remove the Top 40 from the Agenda and promote the NBS playlist instead
I feel this is will be ESSENTIAL to support doubling growth
It will be important to balance
Information with Inspiration & Paradigm shifts
Our from the desk talks will be highly necessary but
They will probably lack the inspiration of a TED talk
We need quite a few from the desk talks
And we don't want to be under too much pressure
To make them highly inspirational
