some of the major organs in the nervous system include the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves.
There are multiple parts in the brain that make up the nervous system which include the cerebrum, cerebellum, and the brain stem. They each do different things, for example, the cerebrum controls the 5 senses, the cerebellum controls your balance and coordination and the brain stem controls the involuntary movement such as blinking and breathing. the spinal cord also has an important function which is to help carry the signals so the body part can move. It also helps the body gain its structure and strength. the peripheral nerves also have an important function which is to control the movement and sensation of the object you are touching or feeling.
