In entering this new "era" of Maya--where i more healthily and consistently self reflect, practice mindfulness and empathy in aims to improve my sense of self worth/self compassion/self talk... I want to approach it in a kinda sort new mindset?
ive been down this path before where i realize that I have a big problem and then I get fixated on trying to well, FIX it. bc my mind works in absoloutes, and gets passionate about things.
anyways, i wanna appraoch this new era with the perspective/intention of HEY i wanna work on this not to become some grand amazing ulta perfect version of myself, but rather the opposite--to learn how to be OK with who i am and grow from a sense of love and respect for myself, not a sense of blaming, bullying myself.
because self criticism undermines my motivation.
