- Key in : Statutory contribution, Others deduction, Others earn
- Double check statutory contribution amount (system & summary must tally)
- Check net pay each staff in payslip & make sure tally in salary table
- Key in leave taken in payslip
- Publish payslip for checking purposes
- Key in staff details in excel file (Name, NRIC, Acc no, Bank name, Total salary)
- Convert to CSV file & submit to director for payment
- Request for payroll report after 2-3 days payment has been made
If there's any unsuccessful, double check details & resubmit
- Print out Salary Table, Statutory Draft, Staff Payslip & attach together with outlet roster
