Act 1
Exposition

Protagonist (Cafe worker) Joe

Inciting Incident
A rush of customers suddenly come in the shop after it being quiet for a while, catching the workers off guard.
Protagonist (a cafe worker called Joe) sets his goal to manage the customers and get them high quality drinks fast, while keeping calm and communicating with the kitchen.
First plot point
They have run out of cups to put drinks in as they are in the kitchen waiting to be washed.
Act 2
Rising Action
Protagonist realises that a lot more issues and stresses are about to happen
Drinks are starting to be rushed, so customers complain about their quality.
Some of the customers are starting to get impatient as they are not getting their food and drink quickly as they ordered after lots of other people who have priority
Midpoint
Worker realises he needs to power through and be proactive on getting orders, while communicating with the customers about their orders, and not get worked up and stressed about it as it creates rushed drinks and spills leading to more stress and problems.
Second plot point
Teenagers come in and order milkshakes which took a long time during the rush, especially as they are made in the kitchen while food is being made.
They get impatient and start being rude while coffee is trying to be made
When the milkshakes finally are made, the order got misread so they got the wrong thing, but they were very rude and disruptive and dropped them on the floor, creating so much stress for the workers and the protagonist, and needed cleaning up as it is in the area customers are waiting.
Act 3
Prelimax
The customers all eventually get their drinks and they start to clear up the mess they made during the stressful rush.
Joe's other co-worker goes to the toilet leaving joe in front of house by himself, and simons still out the back making food.
Climax
A person comes in to the cafe to cause trouble, who is on drugs and is holding a knife. No one knows what he is planning to do but is scared. He then tries to rob the cafe's cash register
Denouement
Joe signals to Simon to call the police and he did and they resolved the issue.
Joe learned not to do everything on his own, that is his new normal.
