Proven not guilty bc of witnesses
Asher (Year 9)
Later suspected bc of vid photage of him chasing Rina.
Bc she stole his phone and tried to frame him for the cause of a student's suicide.
Deleted photage that shows Rina collapsing infront of Asher (not his fault). Asher witnesses and sees her die and even tries to find out whats wrong. realising shes dead, he runs off bc if he's seen last with her, people are going to blame him

Motive?
Rina is not the perfect innocent girl everyone thought she was
She made a girl commit by commenting hate comments. She was jealous that she was more talented than Rina
When someone tried contacting her on tiktok, she logs into someone elses phone (Asher) so she could frame him.
When Asher saw what she was doing, he tries to steal his phone back but Rina runs causing the chase scene
Riley getting revenge by murdering Rina after finding out it was her.
Murders Caterina and frames the Layla the chef bc she cooked a special meal for her (that wasn't poisoned)
