I work during the day and go to classes in the evening, so deadlines pile up.

I set a deadline and stop at 'good enough'.

I use AI tools such as chatbots to save time, but I can skip the basics.

I try to solve problems alone for too long, for instance a coding error.

I ask a classmate or a teacher at ESPRIT after 30 minutes.

I feel less comfortable when I present in front of a large group.

I volunteer to present in class and rehearse at home.
🔋 Motivation dips
I sometimes lose motivation and put things off, especially on long or repetitive tasks.
To improve:
I break big tasks into small steps and reward myself at the end of each one.
📚 Taking on too much
I find it hard to say no, so I sometimes start too many projects at the same time.

I choose my top 3 priorities at the start of each week.

I can spend too much time thinking before I make a decision.

I give myself a time limit to decide, then I act.

I get impatient when results come slowly, for instance when a model does not improve.

I track small progress steps to stay positive in the long term.

Working and studying at the same time can leave me mentally exhausted.
I also feel anxious in new social situations, e.g. networking events or meeting new groups.

I protect my rest time, and I meet people in small groups first to build confidence step by step.
