They currently employ approx. 250 people. Most of which live in Banagher, which has a population of 1700.
Secondary school provides a semi-skilled workforce which is later trained on the site.
Other employees live in towns (like Birr, Kilcormac, and Tullamore) which have a good road network, making it easy for these workers to travel to and from work.
Materials
2.4 km away from Lusmagh Quarry. This Limestone quarry provides 80% of their resource materials, such as sand and gravel.
Silica is found in the soil by the quarry and in the area.

History
Originally called Bantile, set up in 1949. Became Banagher Precast concrete ni 1976.

FOunded by the Kenny family who have close ties to Banagher.
Transport
Large Bypass built to transport larger items. Connects to main road leading out of the town.
Factory is 30 minutes away from the M6, which brings you to Dublin and Galway. This allows them to be able to reach Dublin port in hours.
Market
Due to the wide variety of products, Banagher has markets all over the world. E.G, Mexico - precast break waters, Maldives - Same, and London gateway.
Recieved grants from enterprise Ireland. Low tax rate of 12.5%. EU structural funds given to them.
