PRESENT SIMPLE
USE
The present simple tense is used to talk about habits, general facts, permanent situations.
STRUCTURE
The present simple tense structure uses the base form of a verb, adding an -s or -es for third-person singular subjects (he, she, it)
PRESENT CONTINUOS
USE
The present continuos tense is used to describe actions happening right now, temporary situations, and planned future events.

The past continuous tense is formed using the past tense of the verb "to be" (was/were) plus the main verb ending in -ing.
USE
The past continuous tense—formed with was/were + verb-ing—is used to describe ongoing actions or events that were happening at a specific moment in the past.

The structure of the past simple tense in English uses specific formulas for affirmative, negative, and question sentences.
USE
The past simple tense describes actions, events, or states that started and finished at a specific time in the past.
