Business growth is crucial for staying competitive but must be managed carefully to avoid potential pitfalls.
A business can grow by expanding naturally by increasing sales, developing new products, or entering new markets or it can takeover or merge with another entity to increase its size and potential (we will look at these in more detail as we progress through the PowerPoint).
