Check against existing schedule and note any call numbers that don't still exist
either refer to stock or catalogue to determine classification
make a note and then cross-check against curent classification and amend if necessary

could create estimates for required shelf space based on numbers in spreadsheet

transfer existing stock to relevant section
3 Update catalogue with 'withdrawn' status at item or record level
