    - - Easier Access to documentation on the effects/causes of climate change ; and the way to cope with it
      - Easier spreading of false informations online, such as 'pseudo-scientific' theories (Natural Climate Change theory, undermining human effects)
  - - - Industrial Revolution of the Late 18th/19th
        
        IPCC Reports on its effects on climate
        
        A newer "Technical Revolution" with the avent of AI?
