Real-World Scenario: A plant shop prepares for a weekend workshop, so the manager assigns setup and customer-service tasks, delegates authority to the team leader, and allocates resources
LEADING
Give a clear vision and creating oppoturnity for members.
Use Influence to motivate employees.
Make sure members understand their role in order to achieve goals.

CONTROLLING
Process: Evaluating results and making improvements.
Outcome: Measuring performance and making timely adjustments
Definition: Monitoring and taking corrective actions to achieve goals effectively.
Example: A milk tea shop finds 10% defective black tea =>stops selling it, handles the batch, and contacts the supplier.
