Equal Access
Only 49% of countries have gender parity in education, adding to the statistic that women do not recieve the same amount of education males do.
The quality of education women receive can be worse than what males tend to recieve. Even if when allowed in the school sytems the way they are treated by their peers and teachers it is as if they weren't there at all.
There is an Estimate that around 133 million girls are not able to attend schools. They are seculded due to their gender because their culture tends to prioritize males in their school systems. Women dont receive the same Education as males for this very reason.

Technology & Recources
Around 68% of teachers now beleive that technology has become a vital resource in their classroom. Being able to help children individually and accomdate to their specific needs can be benefical to every party involved.
Many websites and platforms are now used to accomodate many needs for students. They are created to better help them on certain content areas and create a more personalized way to learn. Technology also allows many students to work at their own pace and create a schedule that works best for them.

Emotional Safety
Children who struggle to feel mentally and emotionally safe tend to live in a fight or flight mentality. . Anxiety, depression, bad thoughts or feelings can make it really hard for a child to focus, work hard, and be the best student they can be.
If a student feels safe they tend to have a positive effect on themselves and everyone around them. They are more willing to learn and grow in the classrooms because they can let their gaurd down and become strong independent students.
Schools that go out of the way to make sure their students feel emotionally safe, often tend to have students that preform better. They try harder on assignments, in sports, and other extra curriculars because they have the emotional stability and saftey to try new things and make mistakes.

Accessibility
Many laws have been put into effect to protect students with diabilities and create an equal ground between all students. Many entrance areas have had to be adapted, classroom furniture and even the playground set up have been changed to allow for all students to feel welcomed at school.
Around 20% of students have a printed word disability and having a classroom where a student can be open about their struggle can be very important. To be able to provide accesibility and ways to help them in their acedemics.
Having a classroom where students can come in and feel comfortable talking to a teacher about their struggles at school and home can really create an accessible classroom for all students. It promotes the idea that needs can be met in any area of their life.

Inclusive Classrooms
Creating an inclusive classroom is not entirley on the teacher. Students along with the community, administrators, board members ETC. also need to be open to the idea of how they can better help the classroom be inclusive in all ways.
Learning how to motivate students while meeting theirf specific acedemic needs allows for an inclusive environment where every students feel appreiciated and important.
Students that tend to struggle and have forms such as an IEP or 504 plan tend to do better in class and are more willing to come to school and put forth their best effort because they feel included. They want to prove that they also can do things many teachers before may have told them they were not smart enough to acheive.
