        Trauma Specalist
        
        The Trauma Specialist are specialized doctor who are trained in treating major or life-threating injuries. They would provide emergency surgery, and stop the root causes of problems. Examples would be sowing a deep wound, taking out a bullet, stopping heavy bleeding.
        
        Combat medics
        
        The Combat Medic division is a unit that focuses on providing medical care in the midst of combat. They are trained in both medical care and combat. They job it go retrieve fall soldier and render aid in the field. They only deploy when any combative or hazards zone appears. This can include a CD riot, CI attack, SCP breach, etc
        
        General Care
        
        The General Care division is a unit that provides general care to foundation personnel. They are always deployed on site. They provide checkups, first aid, administer medical tests, and provide medication.
      - EC
        
        The Ethics Committee is one of the highest authority in the Foundation. They create the Code of Ethics, which is a rulebook that foundation personnel must follow.
        The job of EC is oversees the morality and limits of Foundation actions.
        
        O-1, Omega 1 is the enforcers for EC if there is someone whom breaks the CoE Omega 1 ( O-1 ) will enforce it.

        The Administrative Department
        
        Working directly under the O5 Council and the Administrator, it ensures that global sites run smoothly by handling budgets, internal communications, record-keeping, and staff oversight.
        
        O5 Council
        
        Supreme Authority Make ultimate decisions on whether dangerous anomalies are contained, studied, destroyed, or used.
      - DEA
        
        The Department of External Affairs handle the Foundation's relations with groups of interest. The handle meetings, information trades, prisoner trades, and the overall relation with GOI's. Example of GOI's and the Foundation's relationship with them are; CI: Hostiles, kill on site. GOC: Friendly, but natural.
      - Intelligence Agency
        
        The Intelligence Agency (IA) is the intelligence service of the SCP Foundation utilized in cases of counterintelligence, anomaly tracking and intel gathering.

        Alpha-1
        
        Mobile Task Force Alpha-1 aka "Red Right Hand" is a task force which specializes in the protection of the O5 Council and it's members. Alpha-1 is the best of the best, an elite protection unit. Alpha-1 only deploys to protect the O5 Council or to complete a mission given by the O5 Council.
        
        They also oversee the tasks and missions that Epsilon-11 performs.
        
        Beta-7
        
        Mobile Task Force Beta-7 aka "Maz Hatters" is a task force specializing in the containment of biological, chemical or radiological anomalies. A example can be SCP 008.
        
        Delta-4
        
        Mobile Task Force Delta-4 aka "Minutemen" is a task force that specializes in responding quickly, being the first to a scene. They are to establishing a perimeter and gather information. As well as providing additional manpower to other task forces when they arrive. They are deployed when something serious is happening on site. Example. if a CD riot is breaching into different sectors. D4 would delay them or push them back, without push forwards. Instead, waiting and backing up another MTF before pushing in.
        
        Nu-7
        
        Mobile Task Force Nu-7 aka "Hammer Down" is a task force which specializes in heavy weaponry. Nu-7 deploys to Site Prototype, only when there as been a site take over. This can range from a Class D riot, CI attack, or a SCP mass containment breach.
      - SD
        
        RCU
        
        The Riot Control Unit is a team focused on responding and crushing any Class D riots that happen. They are normal Lv-1 Members of SD until a situation or riot happens in the CDC. They then switch uniforms and loadouts.
        
        Lv-1 SD
        
        Level-1 SD's are normal Security Department members. They patrol the outside of the entrance, sectors 1 and 2. They also escort scientist when preforming tests and watch over the Class Ds in the CDC. Level-1 SD's never go past the Sector 3 checkpoint
        
        Lv-2 SD
        
        Level-2 SD's are elite and loyal member of the Security Department. They guard the sector 3 checkpoint. As well as patrolling sector 3 and 4. They also take over escorting duties from Lv-1 SD's at the sector 3 checkpoint. They also make sure the scientist as the correct clearance to go past the sector 3 checkpoint.
        
        RRT
        
        The Rapid Response Team is a unit focused on quickly responding to dangerous and growing threat. These threat are normal just for Class D and CI. Examples: Class D Riot is to much for RCU to handle and is becoming a threat to the safety of the rest of the site. A Chaos Insurgency Attack is going on. RRT is to respond quickly a defend or delay the CI until reinforcements can come.

        The Federal Bureau of Investigation Unusual Incident Unit is a unit which specializes in the investigation of anomaly incidents, usual rouge or breached anomalies.TBC
    - - Chaos Insurgancy
        
        The Chaos Insurgency is a global, clandestine, and heavily armed paramilitary organization. Unlike the SCP Foundation, which keeps the paranormal hidden, the Insurgency operates under the premise that humanity must master, adapt, and actively utilize anomalies to consolidate its economic and geopolitical power.
