ENERCON
At Enercon, I worked mainly as a Data Analyst with Power BI, SQL, Databricks, and production data.
I collected and analyzed data, created KPIs, and built Power BI dashboards for different business and service teams.
I created Power BI dashboards for management KPIs and cost analysis.
I analyzed process times and created reports to show where processes were taking too long.
I analyzed maintenance data and created KPIs such as MTTR and MTBF to understand equipment performance.
I analyzed inventory data and created reports to improve transparency about stock levels.
SAP Cross Validation:
I compared data from different SAP sources to find inconsistencies and improve data quality.
Yaw Motor Monitoring:
I worked with technical data from wind turbines to monitor yaw motor performance and identify unusual behavior.
ETO
At ETO, I worked closer to production.
I worked with MES, SQL, HMI, PLC data, and production data.
I worked with data coming from production machines and production systems, analyzed it in SQL, and used it for reports and monitoring.
I worked with MES data to analyze production processes and machine information.
I worked with data coming from PLCs and machines.
I analyzed production KPIs such as OEE and throughput.
I used SQL to get production data and prepare it for reports.
I also worked with SQL-based reports.
VISHAAR
At Vishar, I worked with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and industrial communication.
We collected sensor data such as temperature, humidity, and ammonia and displayed it on an HMI.
Sensor monitoring:
We used sensors to measure temperature, humidity, and ammonia in poultry farms.
The sensor data was sent to the PLC.
The PLC processed the data and sent it to the HMI.
On the HMI, the user could see the values and monitor the system.
I created HMI screens to show sensor values, machine status, and alarms.
I worked with PLC logic to read signals from sensors and control the system.
Modbus
We used Modbus for communication between devices.
We used both serial communication and Modbus TCP depending on the equipment.
For example, I compared maintenance, material, and equipment data from different SAP reports.
We used this data to understand machine status and production performance.
My 5 main tasks were:
analyzing data,
writing SQL queries,
creating Power BI dashboards,
defining KPIs,
and checking data quality.
Analyze → SQL → KPI → Dashboard → Validate
My main tasks were working with production data, SQL, MES, and reports, and understanding data coming from machines and PLCs.
I collected production data, analyzed it with SQL, and used it for reports and KPIs.

Now I'm interested in a role where I can bring these areas together.
