Perceving

• Transmission of motor commands via the nervous system
• Execution of movement or action

• Intrinsic (self-assessment) and extrinsic (coach, environment) feedback loops
• Informs future processing and performance.

Player leaning how to shoot: Thinking about feet, elbow, and follow-through

Practice phase: Fewer errors, more consistent, better timing.
