Step 1: revise my notes
I can do this by reading the notes I have so far on the counselling skills lecture slides.
I can do this by revisiting the counselling skills cheat sheet table.
I need to get the camera ready

I can do this by revisiting the assessment guide
I can then practice these skills at night.
I can select which skills I want to demonstrate.
Step 3: Create an attack plan
I can do this by thinking about the topic I want to talk about.
I can also do this by preparing questions or skills I want to demonstrate.
Step 4: prepare the assessment so that when we do the recording I can punch it right in
I can do this by breaking down the asessment guide
I can then write prompts
I can then write word limitors.
I can then write contextual constrcits
I can then write tick boxes. or thing I must do with each paragraph.
I can then have a word doc ready to brain dump after the counselling microskills.

Step 5: prepare the recording equipment.
This one is doable. I have a camera.
I can charge this camera and get it ready for the assessment.
I can test the camera to see if I can upload the file.
I can then book the room for wednesday
I can then put the camera in my bag.
