The wood I have to build with will have to be 10mm timber (At least), if not then perhaps two layers of 10mm (20mm)
At most 40 cm tall due to the strength of the Timber (Keep in mind any taller may put strain on the timber when a laptop is on the product).

More rigid shaped parts for easy recreation of the product?
