Tense family relationships: When children become overly dependent on electronic devices, parents often face more pressure and anxiety in disciplining them, leading to a tense family atmosphere.
Damage to physiological health: Blue light from screens can easily cause myopia and macular degeneration; poor posture can compress nerves; watching screens before bed can lead to sleep deprivation due to blue light stimulation.
Weakened emotional tolerance and control: If children are directly comforted with electronic devices when they cry, they will find it difficult to learn the emotional regulation mechanisms of "endurance" and "waiting," which can easily lead to electronic device addiction.
Delayed language and cognitive development: Lack of two-way interaction in the real world can reduce vocabulary accumulation and delay language development.
