Adobbe is used to sign documents. The legal department create them, we can doublecheck them but that is not our responsability

It is also possible to get meetings on hotels, in that case the most recommendable one is Marriot.
Virtual
Virtual meetings are send by the host. To schedule one it is important to request the subject, time and hour of the meeting and attendes. Most of tghe time there is not an agenda.
