When she is leaving she goes to ask Josh something about school
Claire was already there (she hid when Viv walks in)
Viv and Caprese pass each other on opposite sides of the street

While she is twisting (cos pain) the knife after the second stab she hears claire run outta the wardrobe
She chases claire outta the house (as she runs past Josh she slashes his throat just to make sure he's dead) and somehow no one hears them
She throws the knife into Claire's back
