I think this article is very biased. Though this article does link multiple concepts and cites their quotes, it’s still biased. There were two quotes that stuck out to me, both from Hegseth. "Without these funds, we face critical shortfalls," Hegseth said of the war, which started in February. And “Hegseth warned lawmakers that additional funding is needed to sustain military operations and maintain readiness”. That I saw, no other article or post quoted Hegseth practically fear mongering people into wanting the funding to rise. These quotes could be the defenses from Hegseth that they all mentioned, but did not quote. I could be using that word wrong, but even if its not fear mongering, the fact that they mentioned the military deaths multiple times, and put emphasis on those two quotes I think I know where they lean.
