Water Capsize?
Yes -> Safe Water Rescue (Reach, Throw, Row, Go)
No -> Assure Scene Safety
Check Status (Airway, Breathing, Circulation)
Unconscious / Critical
Direct Call Person to dial 112
Secure group via Control Person
Begin CPR / AED if needed
Keep victim warm
Conscious / Minor
Administer standard first aid
Monitor closely
Contact emergency relations
Water-Safety Protocols
Capsize Recovery
Self-Rescue: Stay with craft for flotation
Assisted Rescue: Deploy rescue boat or throw-bag
Hypothermia Prevention
Remove wet clothes immediately on shore
