      - 對側連接：經由腭正中縫 (Median palatine suture) 與對側腭突相接。
    - - 位置：位於牙槽突、上頜骨體與腭骨水平板交界處（約第三磨牙平齊）。
      - 內容物：內含腭大神經 (Greater palatine nerve) 與腭降動脈 (Descending palatine artery) 的腭大管 (Greater palatine canal) 在此開口。
