Solution
RAW OKARA DOUGH
How it works
- Source Raw okara from soy bean factories or soy product manufactures for free/low price, offering to reuse and upcycle food waste into edible products. We can convince the companies through our identity (ISF students working on an school project) or we can source them from other local breakfast shops that makes handmade soy milk.
- Clean and mix the raw okara with flour, vegetables (carrots, green onions, etc.) and seasoning (salt, pepper, chilli powder based on the region of the customer's taste.)
- Put the finished mixed dough into a sustainable and aesthetically pleasing bag and make sure its sealed/vacumed properly to not rot.
- After the customer has the received the product, they only need to gradually add water into the dough and mix it well, then dividing it into portions of their own likings and fry it in oil.
