Mentor session 3 - Coggle Diagram

- - - - can we search using the tree number instead
- - - - would this exclude potentially relevant articles that may not have been indexed or tagged with the terms listed for the concept? - ie research that may relate to some of the conepts but not all
      - if a search had already been performed with all terms listed with a concept (using OR as a boolean) would the hits returned using ALL identified terms for all pf the concepts not duplicate the search - ie if the term had been included in one oif the previous searches using OR as an operator why would including it with ANd introduce anything new?
        
        and if I'm looking to narrow down the search why perform previous searches rather than combine AND and OR from the start
        
        would this depend on the concepts being investigated
- - - - search for 'radiation' in 'search tools' then selected map terms
        
        manually investigate all potentially relevant mapped subject headings
        
        investigate placement in the tree hierarchy to identify any more suitable terms or remove any headings that turned out to be irrelevant
        
        not always perfect
        
        e.g. I included radiation injuries more boradly even though this covers experimental radiation injuries
        
        found it very tricky to determine which headings sit where eg if using headings then wouldn't need to search for both radiation exposure and radiation injuries - but radiation injuries appears twice in the mesh tree under both radiation exposure and wounds and injuries
