PROJECT CHARTER

- If the charter is approved, the project moves into the planning phase
PROJECT PLAN
- OUTLINES HOW THE PROJECT WILL BE MANAGED AND COMPLETED
STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)
- It is a general overview of the project
- PURPOSE: addresses the business needs for the project, what’s included and what isn’t
