help me in a group setting but also maintain healthy relationships with flatmates and colleagues.

if I feel strongly about something I am very likely to get stuck in and participate effectively, for my future career if I am passionate about what I am doing, I am more likely to enjoy it and do it well.

I am considered emotionally reactive and can sometimes interpret ordinary situations as threatening or overwhelming

people may look to belittle me or take advantage of me and in the workplace decisions that may need to be taken won't be as I will struggle to come to a conclusion
Too competitive
this could stunt me as mentally I could never feel satisfied if they think i am too competitive and this could stunt my career growth
creative thinking
naturally I don't possess a massive creative mind and when in a group I can tend to organise others who do think creatively
teamworking
as an introvert according to the results I do prefer to work alone than in a group
critical comments and constructive ones can feel overwhelming, personal or harsh to me
sensitivity to negative feedback,
idealistic expectations.
