Keith Is a child predator that met Tashasha in the streets of the town, during night time, Tashasha saw that Keith had a very similar goal and recruited him to hunt for children to convert to ghouls and zombies as well as to just wreck havoc and gather supplies along with his "friend" Kyle
Kyle was Keith's "friend" that got dragged into this life. Originally Kyle didn't know what Keith was doing until Keith dragged Kyle into Tashasha's gang. Keith then used Kyle naiveness to blackmail him into working with the group. Kyle was always taught that friends are rare and to fight for them so Keith takes advantage of that and uses Kyle as a puppet.
Rashasha (Ghoul)
To get as strong as Tashasha, Honorable fighting and will only cheat if the oppenent does
Rashasha is an honorable ghoul that was converted at the same time as Tashasha was. Rashasha was the younger sister with a much better spirit even awakening a stand while she was young but when she became a ghoul she lost access to the ability to control her stand.

Travel the world to eat good food but is trapped under tashasha's rule
Usagi was turned into a ghoul when he was young. Usagi never wanted to be a villain, and because of when he was turned, Usagi is very very close to being human with only the goal to try the food he never got too.
Usagi was a young child orphan when Keith kidnapped him. Being around 12. Now he would be turning 19, but he was turned into a ghoul while he was young because of Tashasha's gang. Because of this is he willing to help people defeat her but mainly acts under Tashasha's orders to lay low and wait for a chance to escape. His ultimate goal in life right now is to try food he never got too even if Human food doesn't satiate him anymore he wants to try new flavors before his tongue fully decomposes.

Story line
Usagi is scared of Hubert; and doesn't want to run away from Tashasha, Usagi will lead the group to Hubert's "lair" which is actually just a small outpost for Tashasha in which they will find clues like the homelander photos of the terrible crimes committed by Tashasha
After killing Hubert, Rashasha will try to contact him through the phone. If they don't pick up Rashasha will come to investigate and then find the group eventually. If they do pick up they will be given the opportunity to send one champion to fight Rashasha by herself.
Rashasha fight without phone call: Rashasha will find the group in the streets at night time and bring a small group of 4 zombies to support her and it will be all out brawl. If they win Rashasha won't say anything about where the rest of the group is only allude to 2 more guards and Tashasha herself (Name drop here) and they will have to find out where she is from there.
Rashasha fight with phone call: Rashasha will ask the group to go to an old factory in the outskirts of town asking them to kindly only let one of their members the so called "champion" of the group to enter inside the building.
If they lie and bring everyone inside the fight will play out like no phone call but add 3 extra zombies because she doesn't like "liars and cheats" If they lose they lose. If they win she will not say anything afterwards and just die
Rashasha Qoute Dishonorable

Only have one enter the building. If only one enters the building Rashasha will kill all the zombies inside the building and lock the doors. leaving them outside. Rashasha will then proceed to have a 1 on 1 battle with the "champion" If the champion loses Rashasha will leave into the night granting mercy onto the champion for respecting their duel even while being so "weak". If the player wins Rashasha will reveal the next two guards telling the group how "She never liked them anyway" leading them to Tashasha's base. The Champion that wins will have their stand awakened depending if they want too "accept" Rashasha's offer to give them her power she lost.
If they kill her after she reveals the information Nothing will happen and they will continue getting XP for the whole party
If they decide to 'spare' her like she said she would to them. She will kill herself saying: "My spirit of progression and learning does not end, no soul is weak and mine has been shackled too long, May my power and ghost follow you to the ends of the earth and continue my learning, Lead myself and you will never be left alone." Rashasha will then reach her hand out grabbing the Champion before her body fully disappears in the sun.

Honorable: If they are given the information by Rashasha, Keith and Kyle will be alone at the base doing so preparations, allowing the group to set up an ambush or just fight them by bum rushing inside the base. This will skip the puzzle but give them the full fight with Keith and Kyle and know where the hideout is after they beg for their life
Dishonorable: If the group Dishonorable, they won't know where the final base where Tashasha lays. They will have to find Keith and Kyle in the town doing searching and following their tracks to fight them seperatly. Each of them will have a hint for both sides of the puzzle. They have to find the last part based on the 2 sides they find.
Kyle Side of Puzzle: Kyle will drop a note
Kyles Note

Keith Side of Puzzle: Keith will have a notebook with a list of his victims, and Usagi being listed with photos in there as well. Keith will have multiple Tattoos on his body.
Tattoos: Keith will have a tattoo of a broken clock, the Eiffel tower, and a bunch of names that are the same as those on his notebook, He will also have a star surrounded by roads that sorta looks like a map
Usagi's name will be listed multiple times in the notebook. If they have Usagi in the party he will have a panic attack. If you convince him to calm down, he will either join the party or run away depending on how the group treated him.
If he runs away the group can kill him since he is a ghoul or let him free
Usagi will help you guys fight Tashasha, then will follow the guys and their journey. Can only help in fights during night time, Usagi also has a tendency to kill random humans to feed on them, The group will have to find a way to keep him satiated without him going beserk
The Fight with Tashasha
Honorable Start
Tashasha will not know the group is coming, meaning they will be able to confront her inside the clock tower alone, allowing an overall easier fight.
Dishonorable Start
Tashasha will know the group is looking for them because of Kyle who warned Tashasha that someone is hunting her. When they arrive at the clock tower they will have to fight through a small group of zombies at the front and will have to expend resources and ammo because of so, then Tashasha will come out and fight them directly after.
Tashasha Base is in a Clock Tower
