NSPL Process, Scope of Work - Coggle Diagram

- - - - Global Mobility Team will issue the tickets directly from SBT Tool and share the ticket with traveler internally
      - Billing: Automated through RBT Cliq
        
        Finance Team to Upload Funds (Min. INR 5 Lacs) as soon as Low Balance Notification falls into the inbox
  - - - Global mobility team will raise the request of flight options to travel desk with the billing entity details along with the entity code.
        
        If Billing Entity Name & Code are received, move to the step #2
        
        If Billing Entity & Code are not received, do not move further and request the concerned Global Mobility Team member to provide the same
      - Travel desk will share the 3 lowest logical options of retail or corporate fare/Cluster Deal wherever applicable (Non Refundable and Refundable).
      - It is mendatory to mention online baggage cost for flight options without baggage fares. 5. It is mandatory to keep CC the "gmg.travel@nagarro.com".
      - Upon approval from global mobility, travel desk will 'Copy' the Entity Code shared by the Global Mobility Team and 'paste' it in the RBT Cliq or TrvlNxt to select the assocociated Cust Code.
      - Travel Desk will share the RBT Cliq ticket with seat,meal and baggage details.(No IEP or ITR).
      - 3.Travel desk will mention the flight wise CO2 emission in each & every options.
    - - Online: Automatic through RBT Cliq
      - Offline: Manual (Ancillary Services, Others)
        
        Responsibility: Centralized Billing Team
        
        Issuance/Re-issuance: Invoice Generation: Define Steps
        
        Refunds: Credit Note Generation: Define Steps
