Submit the claim for. Include details and the valuation that you put on the claim. (Judge will preform a valuation of the claim to determine the track)
Medical evidence will be required for personal injury. Agreed point medical expert.
Go to trial
Could have an out of court settlement which can stop the claim. Throughout whole process.
