客户给出同行价格
After receiving your feedback regarding the peer’sUSD 130price gap, I have carefully rechecked our costs thoroughly.
the peer’s low price is most likely there are some differences in quality, limited leftover stock or deferred vessel schedules, which would push up their unit cost per container later on.

To be honest,I have already secured the best possible bottom price available from our side.
Such a massive price discrepancy is unreasonable, as their quoted rate sits far below actual cost.
Barring clearance stock garlic and delayed shipments, this pricing makes little commercial sense.

客户反馈价格高

可以问:
I understand. But may I ask, if the cheaper product arrives with 5%-10% quality issues, delayed shipment, or higher rejection rates, how much would that cost your business?
Saving $20 per ton sounds good, but if one container causes customer complaints or retail claims, the loss could be much higher than the price difference.
May I ask, are you comparing only the price, or the overall result after the goods arrive?
Same size does not always mean same quality, packing, sorting standard, shelf life, loading quality, or after-sales support.
Some suppliers can offer a lower price, but they may use a different sorting standard, less strict quality control, or lower-grade raw materials.
A lower price is possible, but usually something has to be reduced—quality consistency, packing standard, or service.
