Seems like more (small) organizations. Insurance Coverage correlates with clients and pricing (First Responders, Veterans, RCMP, ICBC Clients- Car accidents). Seems more indigenous focus-> funding. Victoria/ the Island stands out. Alberta/ Psychologists. Need to look at licensing within each province and the effect of this.
