Establish a Mission Statement: “To foster unity and positive development within the community of Mausica by providing a platform that connects and empower residents.”
Conflict Resolution
Establish mechanisms to resolve conflicts within the executive

Organizational Structure
Establish an Organizational Chart to clarify the chain of command, delineate reporting relationships, and define the roles and responsibilities of every member within the council
Communication Plan
External Communication: Based upon information gathered from the Community Engagement, establish a plan to engage persons and disseminate information
Internal Communication: Based upon information gathered from the Organisational Structure, establish meetings, newsletters and digital platforms
Evaluation and Feedback
Establish a criteria to determine the success of initiatives
Establish a method to receive feedback from the community
Use feedback to tweak plans and initiatives
Financial Planning
Budgeting: planning and allocation of funds
Fundraising: Events and campaigns to raise money
Financial Reporting: Transparency and accountability in all financial matters
