Baby Boomers (1946-1964)

: Through lectures and printed materials.
Examples
: Attending physical classes and refer to textbooks.
Reasons
1)They prefer detailed explanation for each topic to get better understanding.
2) They are not used to technological items and their eyes condition is not suitable for digital materials for a long period.
3) They're discipline so they prefer structure learning method.
Generation X (1965-1980)

: Through blended learning and self paced.
Examples
:watching lectures videos in YouTube and combination of lectures in class and assessment through quizziz
Reasons
1)They learn because they want to achieve something at the end of the lesson (goal-oriented).
2) They're adaptable to different learning approaches.
Millennials/ Generation Y (1981-1996)
Learning styles
: Through interactive and multimedia learning.
Examples
: Group discussion on Google meet and using infographics
Reasons
1)They want to learn through experience and interaction to enhance understanding.
2) They're digital natives where they experienced the rise of internet and other gadget so they're comfortable using multimedia learning.
Generation Z (1997-2012)
Learning styles
: Through gamification, mobile learning and micro learning.
Examples
: Learn educational content on TikTok, live quizzes on Kahoot and access lectures notes on PDF
Reasons
1)They grew up with advance tech gadget like smartphone and AI.
2)They have lower attention spans due to short content online
3) They enjoy healthy competition in academic especially when it got rewards at the end.
Generation Alpha (2013-present)

: Experiential and personalized learning
Examples
: Using AI to make own notes and subject simulation.
Reasons
1) They learn with the existance of AI in learning tools
2) They get immediate learning contents through social media, online communities and connected tools.
