Unit 6 – Personality Traits
Personal Reflections
Reflection 1 – Personality
I learned that personality is about the ways people are different from each other. This made me think about how I describe myself and how others might describe me differently.
Reflection 2 – Big FiveThe Big Five helped me see personality in a more organized way. Instead of just saying someone is “nice” or “quiet,” I can think about traits like agreeableness or extraversion.
Reflection 3 – Conscientiousness
Conscientiousness made me think about school and work habits. Being organized and responsible can affect grades, jobs, and daily success.
Reflection 4 – Neuroticism
Neuroticism helped me understand why some people worry more than others. It reminded me that stress reactions can be part of personality, not just the situation.
Reflection 5 – Person vs Situation
I learned that people do not act the same way in every situation. This made me realize that personality matters, but the situation can also change behavior.
