Keeping physically healthy can help keep us mentallly healthy. It is important to keep physically active during time of high stress and exams, as physical activity & exercise stimulates the production of endorphins & lowers your cortisol and adrenaline levels in your brain this makes you feel happier, less stressed, improves sleep, reduces muscle tention & increases self-confidance.

The food you eat will also effect your mood & stress levels it is important during times of high stress to eat healthy but of course also reward yourself with a sweet treat every now & then.
