Online Customer Application and Fee through BRC Website (Comes in via email)
Domestic: Assessment from WS Business Support Officer
Domestic Connections are a standard fee
Generate Invoice
Sign Conditions and Payment Made by Applicant
Generate Approval
New Asset Created with details required as stipulated by the online application
meter size, register number from the water connection application
New Install Work Order to Minor Works Team Leader (Timeframes from Date of Payment, 10 days to time of install)

Commercial: Assessment from WS Water Engineer

Commercial Connections 50mm or below is a standard fee
