Take them to see the dairy bit and calves

Show them the process of milking e.g bringing cows in, cleaning and putting clusters on etc
Tell them the growth stages of the calf and how it affects how we care for them
Show the automatic milk feeders in the calves and how they work
Explain the care for the calves and daily tasks needed e.g bedding down, filling up the straw feeders etc
See the tractors
Let them sit on them supervised
Expalin how they work
Give examples of what they can do e.g rolling fields
Give basic instructions on how they drive
Give a brief talk on rules and what to do and what not to do
get them to put away things like lunchboxes in a corner or a safe place
