"in thunder lighting or in rain" - witches powers are to do with the weather. see thsi throught the play when the wether is off then somthing supernatural or has been caused by the superanturall is bout to happen.
"something this way comes" - sees macbeth as a thing or as a toy to mess atound with demonstrating there abuse and use of there powers and how they are able to do that. also forshadowing something is about to happen and is the signle of the plays begining.
"fair is foul and foul is fair" - juxtaposes eachother and is like a spell. mabey saying the witches and foul but fair????

"stars hide your fires let not light see my black and deep desires" - shows that macbeth is corrupt and know that what he is going to do is worng so askes the gods to hide away and not watch.
“Upon my head they placed a fruitless crown”- saying that now he is king there is still work to be done so that banqos part of the phropacy or prediction wont come true. it reprosenst how the power has changed him and corruped him.
"stay imperfect speakers. tell me more" - shows that the hint of power he could have has corrupted him and that he is very much wanting the power.showing uncheacked ambition form the start
- macbeth shows us thsi as we see a change and shift in his thinking after he gains power. he want more leading to his downfall.

“Will all great Neptune’s ocean wash this blood clean from my hand?" - shows that he is very guilt of what he has done. blood representing the guilt he has sayig that he has so much and that its driving him insane.
“A little water clears us of this deed”- shows that the evil spirits in her has lead her to not feel guilty. also lead by her uncheacked ambition, however is changed when those spirits leave.
“Out, damned spot! Out, I say!”- shows that even the evil in has even eft and she isnt as confident as she seems. now filled with guilt of what she has done and is parinoide about it. massive chnage from her with the evil spritits and without them mabey
"macbeth doth murder sleep" - sleep is seen as an innicent act and a time to rest and be at peace and his guilt overcomes him so he cant sleep
