How a Bill Becomes a Law

The bill either passes to the next phase or is tabled for later discussion. The bill can also be killed at this time and it will not make it to the next phase
After passing all the neccessary phases and making it into both the senate and house chambers for deliberation, the bill finally goes to the desk of the governor or the desk of the president depending on what kind of bill it is
It is important to note that the sponsor of each bill is the person who is in charge of seeing the bill through all of these phases or making ammendments for a more favorable voting in the next phase
