Medical History: hypoxia, sepsis, COPD, acute respiratory failure, CHF, HTN, LD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder
Surgical History: Right and Left and Cors Heart Cath
Admission History: Admitted 3/30 for chest pain. Elevated troponin without elevated ST segment signaled an NSTEMI. Emergency cath 3/30 and heparin drip started. No interventions EF 35 to 40%.
