All matter is made of atoms, that are formed of a nucleus composed of protons, with positive charge, and neutrons, with negative charge, and electrons, that have negative charge, that orbit around it.
Normally, matter is neutral (with no electric charge), because if they have the same number of protons and electrons, they cancel each other .
Electrons move between objects and they create charged matter, it can be positive or negative. When thecharges are the same, they repel each other, but when they are different, they attract each other.
