        Oil quenching is for metals with medium to high hardening capabilities Canola Oil would be used for this
        
        Quenching is rapidly cooling hot metal in a liquid, commonly water or oil depending of the content of the metal
- - - - Forge the segments and shape them into desired curves
        
        Heat treat and quench the segments individually in Canola Oil
        
        Clean up the metal again and then fit them together to get a general reference
        
        Possibly chemical wash the metal to change the color of it to either a bronze or black or alternatively use a rust coat
        
        Measure and put holes into the segments to be readied to be joined
        
        If I don't chem or rust treat the piece I might attempt to engrave some of the more prominent segments of the Manica and brush with bronze or melted copper
- - - - Attach the arm and hand straps to secure the Manica to my arm so once again it shall not slip or fall off my arm
