Secondary: Full thickness, little epithelialization, chronic wounds, pressure injuries, venous ulcerization. Second intension
Tertiary: contaminated tissue, closer with result in too much tension, risk of infection. (5-7 days)

Skin Ulers
Venous Ulcers: Associated with Chronic venous insufficiency, valvular incompetence, DVT, Recurrence is high, anywhere in the lower leg
Arterial Ulcers: Cronic arterial insuffencientcy, arteriosclerosis obliterates, Thromboangitis obliterates, common on small toes and bony areas. skin will be pale or cyanotic,
Diabetic Ulcer:: associated with arthosclerotic peripheral artery disease and peripheral neuropathy. caused by loss of protective sensation, loss of muscle coordination, mechanical trauma. can occur where arterial ulcers occur or where peripheral neuropathy appears.
